Please first take a look in the Known Error Database below before submitting your query. Your problem may have been identified and solved.

For technical queries and informal discussion of a problem simply send a message, but if you are making a formal error report please remember to start the subject with the keyword Error: and please use the standard template for support messages:

Customer: name and location
Product: product, or list of products involved
Version: please state this clearly
Platform: list if several
Description: give us a plain text description of what happened, what should have happened etc.
Materials: remember to include the associated materials: traces, configuration files, command lines and whatever else is relevant.
